We help you assess possible exposure or symptoms, guide you through the right tests at local labs and — when indicated — prescribe treatment for confirmed or strongly suspected infections. Common symptoms

  • Unusual discharge or pain when urinating
  • Sores, blisters, warts or rash in the genital area
  • Pelvic or testicular pain
  • Possible exposure after unprotected sex
  • Wanting routine STI screening

When to seek care urgently

  • Sudden severe pain, high fever or pelvic pain
  • Suspected HIV exposure within 72 hours (post-exposure prophylaxis may be possible)
  • Pregnancy and possible STI exposure

The doctor will take a confidential history, recommend the right tests at a local lab and, when clinically indicated, prescribe treatment. We also provide guidance on partner notification and prevention.
