Cancellation & Refund Policy

This policy explains when and how you can cancel a Six Medic consultation and receive a refund.

Full refund — before the consultation

You can cancel and receive a 100% automatic refund at any time before the doctor has started or completed your consultation. Use the "Cancel my consultation" link in your confirmation email — the refund is processed instantly to your original card.

Cancellation under 24 hours / no-show

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before a scheduled consultation, and no-shows, are non-refundable. This compensates the doctor's reserved time.

Cancellation by the clinic

If we cannot deliver the consultation — for example because the case is outside the scope of online care, the doctor is unavailable, or technical issues prevent the call — we refund 100% of the amount paid.

How refunds are processed

All refunds are issued via Stripe to the original payment method. Banks typically take 5 to 10 business days to display the refund on your statement. You will also receive a confirmation email when the refund is issued.
