The base consultation is monthly (€80/month) and includes a full medical evaluation, clinically appropriate treatment options such as Mounjaro (tirzepatide), Ozempic / Wegovy (semaglutide), Saxenda (liraglutide), or personalised formulations individually prepared for each patient by a licensed Portuguese pharmacy, plus continuous follow-up between consultations.
