The base consultation is monthly (€90/month) and includes a full medical evaluation, prescription — when clinically approved — of weight loss medications such as Mounjaro (tirzepatide), Ozempic / Wegovy (semaglutide), Saxenda (liraglutide), or personalised formulations (medicamentos manipulados) with the formula individually prepared for each patient by a licensed Portuguese pharmacy, plus continuous follow-up between consultations.
