Our mission is to make quality medical care accessible in Portugal — without waiting weeks for an appointment or navigating a system in a language you don't speak.

We serve Portuguese residents who need same-day care, international travelers who fall ill while visiting, expats and digital nomads living in Portugal, and anyone who needs a medical certificate, medication renewal or acute care consultation by video.

What makes us different

Every doctor on our platform holds an active cédula profissional from the Ordem dos Médicos — the Portuguese Medical Association. Medication renewals issued are the standard Receita Sem Papel (paperless medication renewal), identical to those issued by the SNS, valid at any pharmacy in Portugal.
