Payment is by card, €80 per consultation. You receive a receipt automatically — useful for travel insurance reimbursement claims.
If your travel insurance requires a medical certificate or doctor's letter as proof of illness, our doctors can issue this during your consultation. Certificates are signed by an EU-licensed physician with an active medical license number and sent to your email in English within hours.
