Book an online consultation with a licensed doctor in a few minutes — from home, your hotel or anywhere in Portugal.

Book online
Open the booking page and fill in your name, email, phone number (WhatsApp) and a short description of the reason for your consultation.

Pay securely
€80 per consultation, paid by card. You receive a receipt by email.

The doctor contacts you
A licensed doctor calls you by WhatsApp video, usually within about 15 minutes. No WhatsApp? Tick the option on the form and you will receive a Google Meet link by email.

Your consultation
Speak with the doctor by video in English or Portuguese (French, Spanish and German also available).

After the consultation
If you need a medical certificate, the doctor sends it to your email the same day, signed with their professional licence number.
What you need
- A phone or computer with a camera and internet.
- A valid email address.
- No Portuguese health number (número de utente) or insurance needed.
Available 7 days a week, including evenings and weekends. Full refund if we cannot see you.
